My most memorable moment was when we almost closed on a deal but HOA didn’t have the 10% reserved. I was barely learning/understanding about the bank requirements since I was not going to give the 20% down. It was a hard lesson for me and Leon. At that point I felt this was going to take a long time for me to own a home and I was not sure if Leon was up for the challenge. To my surprise , Leon got to work and his team went to overdrive. I was impressed on how many people were helping. I was in constant communication with Denisse and Leon, they would answer all my questions and concerns. Thankfully within a short a time, I was able to find a home. I’m forever thankful for the dedication and patience and wish them the best on their future endeavors.
